Shipping fish?

Hi,

I have someone in melbourne wanting some of my fish, problem is im not sure on how to ship ..

I have access to bags, oxygen, foam boxes etc but i just dont know what i have to do ..

For example who do you recommend i go through? What do i have to do when packing the fish besides not feeding them for several days before hand?

How much would freight cost roughly from sydney to melbourne?
