When and how to de-worm the Discus?

I notice some of my discus kind of having a big tommy. Wonder if I should de-worm them. How to do it and what to use? Should I do it or not?

I'v never done this before and wondering if I should do this on a normal base. My Discus are eating fine and not much growth over the last few months. I thought that maybe because I only change 40% watre each week. Maybe the worms have something to do with it too?

Here are the tank parms:
125 g
11 3" to 3.5" discus
4 attos
3 corys
lightly planted
pH 6.8 to 7
temp 85 to 86F
40% WC per week
Feed 3 times a day, frozen BW and different flakes

you should add some beefheart to their diet! you wont get them to good sizze fish with BW and flakes only
