This is were most of my larger discus swim. 25% waterchange using sprinkler timer and tap water . 12 minute duration with frquency of every 2 hours, drain on lever left hand tank through bulkhead.
My good friend in Atlanta, DiscusDave designed the automation. 8-)

Btw, awsome setup !! Can we have a closer shots of the discus ?

Great set up Lee!

I bet with water changes like that they were the healthiest discus!

I have a similar set up were 1000 litres goes through a 200 litres tank per 24 hours!

85g every 24 hours= 25% total per day, my verbage was incorrect.
85 gallons per day released 12 increments per day.
I also can manually run the water as long as I want by pushing a couple buttons. It is programed to run 12 minutes every 2 hours.
