one sachet of the stuff, after boiling in 5 litres of water brought the pH down from 7.9 to 6.8 so i guess it wont do much for 400 litres. in my 2 foot tank it worked wonders. anyone having problems with Sydney water recently ???

I am in Melbourne so cant answer about Sydney water quality. But the catappa leaves are excellent as a natural way to reduce PH.
