Epsom salts and their use

I have a guppy with a suspected swim bladder prob.. (possible constipation changed food few days ago)

wondering as I dont want to stress him out more by moving him is it possible to dose the tank with other healthy fish in it or would it be detrimental to them...

so I suppose the question is : can fish deal with epsom salts if they do not have a problem....or is it best used only on the sick fish?

any opinions or knowledge would be appreciated... thanks

espom salts can be used in a comunity tank....the only thing is that the fish will crap every where
