how many discus??

i have a 3 ft long tank its roughy 150l im goin to buy younger discus but i want to keep these discus until they become adults (this will be a display tank) so im wondering how many discus (adult) could i have in this 150l tank?

Rule of thumb, 40 litres of water for each adult discus. That gives you 4 adult discus in that three foot tank.

If you're just going to keep juveniles in there for a while, then you could easily have 8 or 10 so long as you do daily water changes.
