what ever happened to ECO-Aqualizer

I was looking through ebay and came across a similar product for car fuel lines. Strong magnetic field and all the so called benifits. http://stores.ebay.com.au/ozinnovation

Did anybody ever get one of these ECO Aqualizer. If it was based on magnetic fields I would of thought this would do the same thing ?

I have had one attached to a tank for over a year... dont know if it is still effective, but it makes a good hose extension
