Just wondering if its ok to pair discus sisters and brothers ?

Yes you can, and it's often done to fix a particular trait, like good colour or strong finnage.

Problem is that the pair you have may have already been inbred for several generations. Sooner or later, some genetic abnormalities are going to show up.

If your first generation of fry show no problems, then continue to breed the parents, but for the offspring, I'd suggest an outcross, so you add hybrid vigour to the next generation.
