Hi all,

I just wanted to know if this is safe to use and if so what's the dosage since it's slightly different to sykes. See the picture below.

Active Constituent is 8.48g/L Levamisole ( Present as Levamisole Hydrochloride)

Here's the link.

Hi Mak,

At this stage i can not see why it cant be used but lets wait before you use it.

As it has a lower active constituent than sykes product a slighter higher dose rate will need to be applied.

Once again please dont use it just yet as further research will need to be made.

Hi,

Ladyred, i've checked the bottle and website on more information about this bottle and can't find any evidence of glucose in it. Even on the bottle itself has no indication of glucose. I've also gone ahead and made an order for Sykes Big L online to have for emergency.

You may find that your local vet can save you money when buying Levamisole. I bought about half a kilo from my vet, just in a plastic bag, no brand names, and I think from memory I paid around $23 for it. I've no idea what brand names cost but it seemed cheap to me.
