Hi all, just wondering when you breed bristlenose, do you have to separate the fry before pairs can spawn again ?

Or pairs will spawn anyway even though theres fry in the tank ???

Thanks

They can all live quite happily in the tank together. Bristlenose make wonderful parents, and you can have a pair and fry from several generations in the same tank. They do best in a tank on their own, and fry are tiny, and tend to be eaten by any other fish in the tank.

Be sure to provide lots of driftwood and lots of hiding places in the tank, and you'll soon have hundreds of baby bristleys.
