I've got another two second hand 4ft fluro units for sale - both of these ones however do not come with tubes (Aquarelle tubes can be purchased from hardware stores like Bunnings for under $20 each).
Offering them for $30 each, they have no water-damage or rust however one has a small stain on the outside of the case due to some Meth Blue.
