This is how i converted the Dupla regulator to fit either an Australian Bottle or to move it inside away from the bottle.

The first step is to get a normal o ring for gas bottles and increase the inside diameter with a file or a drill to fit the dupla regulator

Then fit it to the regulator

If you are fitting the regulator inside you can use an 3/4 inch threaded pipe which is the same thead as the regulator and australian gas bottles. Fittings are available from most hardare or plumming stores.

Regulator to reduce the pressure from the bottle to be acceptable to the Dupla regulator. The working pressure should be about 2 bar (Check your instruction manual for accepatble working pressures) or you will blow your dulpa regulator.

Mt tank is 860 Ltrs and the bubble counter runs faster than i can count. I have not used a full bottle yet and this one has lasted more than 4 months and it looks like the contents valve has not moved.

Nice setup!
I recon it will last you a few years at least. I have a 9kg bottle going about a bit over a bubble a second for 380lts and its been 2 years and the guage still hasn't moved. Your bottle must be WAY! bigger than 9kg.

That's a sweet set up. Good work! That size cylinder should last up to 8-10 months - I think.

I use D size for 400 litres and it last about 7-8 months.
