Question: How do you fill in a few hours on a Sunday morning when the sun is out and nothing is on TV (except the soccer of course)?

Answer: Join thousands of others gawking at planes at Sydney Airport (some media agencies claim there were in excess of 10,000 people gawking from various locations around the airport).

It was actually a Lear Jet taking photos and film of the A380 on its 4-5 passes over the city.

It was quite funny standing next to someone with a scanner, listening to the conversation between the control tower, the A380 and the support jet, they did an extra pass over the Harbour bridge as the pilot thought the images may look fuzzy??? (with a French accent to boot)

This thing is called a Super Guppy, it is a cargo plane.

If the A380 was going to be named after a fish which one would it be ?

Keep in mind the Guppy is a big plane named after a small fish !!

Perhaps a super Platy !!
