ammo balls

Has anyone used the ammo balls ammonia remover?
If so what is your opinion.
Would they be ok to use on a newly cycled (completed cycle) tank or would it affect the bio load by using them too early

i have used them on cycled tanks

i use them with babys to keep the tank specs perfect

worked well :wink:

it would make a uncycled tank take a longer period of time to culture bacteria beacuse you are removeing the ammonium which is a sorce of food for the bacteria, thats all :wink:
