disucs not eating???

hey all i have a discus that has been hiding in the driftwood for a few days now and not eating at all... Its getting quite thin and not coming out when the others are feeding as it usually would.. All my paramters are normal.. what could this be??? a week ago one of my discus was on its side and looked quite thin as well it later died.. I have just treated the tank for intestintal worms and hex could it be anything else??

What are you feeding them... ie. some people suggest that live food such as brine shrimp, or daphnia may encourage a discus to eat... I had a sick discus who wasn't eating and after treating him he now eats.. he loves frozen brine shrimp and beefheart... he also eats flakes and granules now.

Try the live way and see if he eats.. otherwise maybe post a photo up and I'm sure someone will be able to help you. sorry I can't suggest more but am fairly new to keeping discus myself. HTH
