Yeah, pretty dopey thing to do. I'm not convinced the goldfish was dead as such, just stunned and reacted to the bite from the battery.

A friend of mine used to make a living as a dogger out west, and he nearly had his nose bitten off by a 'dead' dingo. He had shot the dog and it appeared totally deceased when he grabbed its ears to cut them off (for the bounty) at which point the dingo came to life and made a lunge for his face.

Another bloke I worked with had a little party trick where he would drown blowflies in a jar and, after they had been 'dead' for a few minutes, he would roll them them around in salt. After about 30 seconds the flies would recover and fly away.

It abhorrent! To think that people do that sort of thing for fun. I'd like to see them "drowned" in mountain dew and see if a 9volt brought them back to life!!! :x :evil:
