I will be looking to do a Levamisole treatment on my discus,found this site below.

This stuff safe to use on Discus?

If this product is safe,can anyone plz post the dosage i should use?
This site also has alot of other different Levamisole wormers.

Rossco, my concern with this product is, that being recommended exclusively for cage birds, that it might have glucose in the mix to make it more palatable. This will cause a massive bacterial bloom in your tank, which could cause big problems for your fish, sometimes even fatal ones.

It's better to buy a product that is sold for aquarium use, then you know it's going to be safe.

The Levamisole product that I have safely used in the past, was sold as a Pig and Poultry wormer.

i gotta post my discus pics soon,geeezz they are growing fast,i have 8 discus at 8 months old now

Alot of flirting and fighting going on,you can sure make a rough guess at males/females atm. Very entertaining to whatch em also.

yeah careful with what you add to your tank

i once added some metronidazol suspension(liquid) and it must have had glucose in it cause my tank went white ith algea overnight...made a real mess of the tank
