At the moment Im clearing fish out to get new ones,
In my comunity Tank I have five discus, I could easily have 8,
Its a 5 footer 300l job.
I have a new pair in there and a white Diamond that I wont to keep,
Im currently selling the other two, which will leave 3 in the tank,
Just wondering How my Discus would go, the pair will hang out together, but the white diamond im afraid will be lonely.
Has anyone had simular situation.
The white diamonds fairly big and is quite an active fish.

3 is not a good number one will get bullied out and will suffer better to have 5 or six in a tank at once

Cheers for the advice, yer I know discus do a lot better in groups of 5 plus, but In my situation there will be 3 for a little while, whilst I build my stocks up again.
It is a slighty different situation the white diamond is big and can look after himself, and the other two are a pair.

Chris, they'll be fine for a short time. I'ts not the ideal situation, and you may find a bit of pushing and shoving if the pair spawn, but there will be no major harm done.
