Alternative to copper sulfate

Been doing continued research into meds etc for my sick fish & came across this http://www.seachem.com/products/product_pages/Cupramine.html

it is supposedly a safer alternative to copper sulfate for parasites - has anyone used it before ?

Haven't tried that one in particular, but I believe all Seachem products are good.
