Do discus get more picky with food as they get older

I have a discus breeding pair which seems to get more picky as they get older. When they were young, anything could be on the menu. Today the only thing they eat is beef heart. Is there anyway to get them to return to their old ways?

try to starve them then feed them whatever you want them to eat. Have a look on other threads, im sure this problem was discussed before :P

I suppose, like people, they have their preferences, but witholding food for a couple of days, then offering a new food should do the trick.
