Discus pop-eye problem with white worms-like dots surround eyes area

PLEASE HELP!! NEW DISCUS OWNER!!

Hi, I have 6 3-inch discus in a 40 gallons tank. Recently, the pigeon blood discus started to have a few white dots on the body, but now that they disappear there are like 5-6 worm-like dots surrounding the eye area. Tonight, I also noticed that it might also have pop-eye too. Any medication or treatment methods?!?!

Water change.. this is the best medicine. With so many fish in such a small tank I would be doing water changes every day. But you must do at least a 60% change every two days. Is it a bare tank or gravel bottom? Planted? other tankmates?
