Hi All

A couple of questions regarding contents of DIY recipies.
I have a recipe already but was going to add some frozen scallops i bought. Question - with or without row?

Also what cheaper frozen white fish can i add to my mix instead of expensive fresh cod fillets from the seafood shop? there are a bunch of cheaper fozen white fillets in coles, aldi etc

I'm not a tight arse but if i can pick up some fish on special i'll do that too

With roe is better more goodness (as in way more) and more colour enhancers.
as for fish I used nile pearch and bassa both were cheep and not a problem.

what is the reasoning most forums suggest cod as the best white fish to use anyway???

oil contentment mate, didn't your mum make you drink cod liver oil as a cure all :)
