Need help for diganoses

Hi all
im trying to help my brother diganose this dieases but i cant seem to find out what it is iv included a pic of the the diesease can any body help and know of a treatment for such a diesease?

looking at the color of that fish and the nice margins on the fins i dont think that fish has a disease.
discus do from time to time get little white pimpilly like growths on their skin / slime coat but usually they drop off causing no harm to the fish.

what symptoms does the fish have?
