Got these guys off Mattgoanna about a year ago.
I belive they were born early February.
The parents were Albino Alenquer and a San Merah.
Started with sixteen of the little guys lost four early from what i think
was chlorine poisoning, sold seven and kept five.
As they grew i decided id keep five for optimum growth with what limited space i had.
Im happy with how they are turning out and thought id share.

Thanks guys. It's been fun raising these guys and continuely learning new ways to promote growth and keeping them happy.
Confident I could get better results trying again one day, not to say I've finished with these guys.

I do have a question though, two of the fish are bigger then the others, two are a little behind but one is just that bit smaller. I don't mind
It being smaller but the issue is its getting picked on, especially at feeding times, which I don't think helps its growth. I've tried to separate it but doesn't seem to like being alone and gets a little sulky. Can't work with the others, doesn't like to be alone. What to do? Give it more time?
For reference it's in the second photo on the left, the one with the tatty tail from all the abuse.

Excellent work. These guys are huge and looks like they have been well fed up.

I like the natural look of these.
