Best food for Discus - what do you feed your Discus?

I have recently purchased 5 Adult fish - 10cm and am currently feeding Medicated Beef Heart from the Aquarium I got them from but believe I should also be feeding a Dry food like Sera Discus Pellets. I would be interested in what people feed their discus and what is the best to retain healthy fish.

A varied diet is always the best way to go. By all means continue with your beef heart mix, but also include some freeze dried blackworms and a good quality pellet to round out the diet.
