Will German online store bought Eheim work in Australia?

Needed to get few spare parts for one of my Ecco 2234 eheim canisters but after looking at prices, I am thinking of just buying one.

But will a German rated 230v / 50 hertz work in Australia electric main 240v / 50 hertz?

That's all it will take to get it working.

Look at the input voltage for almost all appliances and you'll see most are rated for 220-250v. As long as it's rated for 50Hz (as you say it is), then it will be fine.

decided to buy a new ecco 2234 head unit and enough impellers, shafts, orings and bits to keep all 5 of my eheims running forever lol.

I might have to do a another one soon, to get all the accessories I would never buy here..
