Red worms

Did you try red worms? My discus love them, especially the very small ones. This a very good source of proteine and an inexpensive way to feed them.

I have used earthworms in the past. The dicus really seemed to rnjoy them.

Today I have a red worm starter culture on its way via post. Also coming is a white worm and a daphnia culture. I have raised all these foods before and they are easy, don't take much space and are essentially self sustaining once they get rolling.
