I have two discus in my tank (used to have more but after advice here cut back) in my 132lt tank. They seem to have paired up and are constantly laying eggs on leaves, pump intakes etc and they tend/protect the eggs for a while and then they disappear. This has happened many times and none have hatched. I don't mind so much as I don't think I have the current skill to breed discus yet

Is this 'healthy' for them?. I just don't want them stressing too much or getting run down from laying eggs all the time.
