Lump on discus

I hope some one can help me ease my worries. I just had a close look at one of my turq's and noticed a small lump on it's body/tail. Can anyone tell me if I need to do anything to treat this lump? Its only small, light pink in colour it doesn't seem to be affected by it all happily swimming and eating

Nope it will be fine. Maybe a couple of water changes. My blue diamond gets them quite often, the only fish in the tank that does

Thanks for that they are due for a water change tomorrow so I will also do an extra one mid week to me it looks just like a little pimple, thanks for your help I appreciate it
