Discus with white poo coming out with pics????

hi,
just wont to know is this anything to be concerned about. The fish has full color as you can see and isn't hiding and is eating i think. Is this hex??? or worms maybe

if the fish isnt thin it is most likely worms mate , when did you worm them last . might be time to treat them . is this a new fish ?

hey Scott,
the fish isn't new he is been in the tank for 4 months now and i gave them a worm in Feb. The fish is fairly fat and not thin so do you reckon i should worm the whole tank again. If so use Big L and then prazi or whats your thoughts.
