This is by far better on the fish than netting. When you reach into the bag, If the fish freaks out stop, leave the fish and try again a few minutes later. I used to give up and reach for the net if they freaked out. When I released my to new arrivals this way it was seamless and they even sat in my hand for a few moments took a breath and swam of, Awsome makes you feel so zen.
