hi all new to discus

Hi all,

my names ben and i'm a fishaholic been keeping fish since i was 13 now 27 never keep discus. The last few years i've kept lake tang cichlids been breeding Alto. Compressicpts and calvus, paracypchromis nigrpinnis. so i'm selling all these fish and converting my tank for discus. At the moment i have a 200lt tank which i'm hoping of using to start with when i sell my fish. Hopfully will get to know you all and get some advice on setting up a tank. If there's anybody in adelaide that can give me some advice about keeping these kings and queens of the aquarium world would be great. would love to breed these fish one day.

Welcome to the forum.

Just do a lot of reading first before you decide to buy. Buy quality fish from recommended sources, Boxters on here has quality fish, maybe worth contacting him, when the time is right.
