Please tell me anything I can do to make this better.

I think i wanna change the gravel tho. I feel like the gravel is too big.

So do you think is tank is good for Discus?

I'D get rid of the gravel altogether, bare bottom tanks are much easier to clean.

are the plants real or fake? real plants wont do well in just gravel, sand with some root fertilizer would be better

Take out the gravel and replace with pool filter sand add a clay ball or florish tab at the roots of each plant.

Agreed. Heavy gravel like that only allows waste to hide away, rot and foul your water. You'll be much better off with a silica or river sand substrate.
Also, put your heater on an angle for two reasons. Firstly, warm water rising off the element will trip your thermostat early due to localised heating so your tank won't heat correctly. Secondly some Discus take a shine to them for spawning sites and cause damage to themselves (sometimes fatal) due to burning/sealing their tube cauding them to become egg bound.
Other than those minor points it looks nice and clean ad will look great stocked. ;)
