Washed out colour

Hi all

Sorry first up if there are any spelling mistakes or bad gramma, I'm on my iPhone.

I have noticed lately that when I turn on my tank lights in the morning that my discus look washed out ( a bit like they have been put through the washing machine and all their colour has ran) lol. By the time I get home in the afternoon they are back to their normal colour again. Any ideas why this could be??

They do that when they are sleeping, nothing to worry about. You might even see them laying flat on the bottom when asleep.
