I have two T8 globes in a 6x2x2. I have a few potted plants that are doing ok. The globes I have at the moment are power-glo. I need to replace them as they are almost 12 months old.

My question is which globe is best for the plants and the discus. Not sure whether to stick with the power glo or go with flora glo, sun glo etc etc.??

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks for that.

I just looked them up. Apparently there is a wide spectrum and normal spectrum in these globes. Which one should I get?

I currently have two 3 foot 30 watters. Should I go same wattage in the Sylvania brand?

Just do a direct replacement if you have a 3 foot light all you can put in is a 30w 3foot t8 tube, grow lux have strong peaks in red and blue region which intensifies reds and blues in your fish, also its the 2 parts of the spectrum of most benifit to plants got to a hydroponics shop they are only $20 a tube.
