This is sally my headstander girl. Two years like this and she is still a happy and healthy girl. If you look where the swim bladder is located there is a lump I think this is the cause of her balance problem. She is my big baby

don't worry she doesn't always head stand, just when she is resting. She get herself up next to the intake of the internal filter and it helps her to rest in an up right position and she does swim around just a bit wobbily. It is just hard to get a pic of her in a upright position as she is wobbily and doesn't hold still so I took a photo if her getting down for some beef heart. I would think that if she was unhappy she would just stop eating wouldn't she? I figure she is like a dog with 3 legs, not the best situation to be in but the only option there is.
