Any one got ideas for Cheap water pumps for water changes. Had a look around seems you got to fork out a 100 at least.

I guess it depends how long you'll be pumping the hose with.
I'm using an Ehiem Compact 1000 (1000lph), costs around $50 from online stores and does fine with my tank (200L).

Check out the ~$70 external one at ALDI.
Ya gonna need a bigger hose!!
Might be too many lpM.

thanks guys. I ended up getting a pump 70 $ should of done it 6 months ago. works a treat.

yeah get one. I cant believe ive been doing it the hard way for so long . Mine was 70 bucks at lfs . its even got a little filter.

I got a good deal in the post christmas sales. Got a pond pump that does 6000l/hr sweet
