Any of the reputable pumps would be fine. You can sometimes find a bargain in the Asian imports, but beware they can occassionally let you down.
If there's any height in your setup, i.e. your tanks are on a rack, you'll need to be sure the pump has the 'head height' to service it. Head hieght is the max height to which the pump can lift water before it's output falls to 0. The better pumps will graph their decreasing output against increasing height.
Also look at the power taken to run the pump = long term running costs. For the same output you'll be surprised how much difference there can be.
You should strive to turn over the full volume of your system at least 3 times per hour.
Good luck with the setup. HTH ;)

also size your pump to your system, if your usind std 4 and 2 foot tanks your total volume is 160L so youd want a pump that moves atleast 450L/hour at your head height.

as said above a decent brand name pump will move more water per watt then a cheeper pump, pentair quiteone, aquamedic ocean runner are the 2 most efficient, eheim pumps are also VERY good and a little more reliable.
