It may have been startled and damaged itself on some tank decor. Keep an eye on the graze it will heal on it's own, just keep up the water changes and pristine tank conditions.

yea there was some twigs in the tank so i removed them from the tank they have more room now it seams to be swimming normal now but why was it swimming in a circle in the first place ?

I am sorry to hear that

At this stage maybe too late to do anything. Not sure what to suggest. I think it is very rare to recover from this spinning disease.

Sad news, but from reading and what I have heard from other more experienced keepers, the recovery from this disease is seldom achieved. I think before you see any outward signs, it is already too late.

Possibly they were already compromised before you got them.

Dont give up, we have all had set-backs, but we learn from them.

from ebay mate i have sorted it with them they have no more pairs but have 10 mixed strains of discus so i get a pair growing them on !
what i dont mind as i have a 5 foot tank they can go in to pair off with but what is the best way to try and get them to pair what tank decor i mean
