Hi guys i have a nano planted aqaurium. I planted HC on the foreground a few days ago and noticed parts of the HC melting, also this spider web looking string developed its easy to break and is clear. Its on the melted HC mostly. Is this Algae or Mulm.

its fully planted with two fish.
