TANK CLEANING

Hi

If i was to use a Magnetic Aquarium Glass Cleaner to clean the inside of the tank glass be the same if i was to use a sponge to wipe the inside glass? so no algae or bad bacteria to grow..will it do the same job?

Yes and no imo,

I have used both methods but in my system I only wipe sides with paper kitchen towel, but there again I have no algae! In a planted tank, a magnetic cleaner can be less disruptive, but not as throurgh as a paper wipe down.
