said on the news rain might be comming and i hav herd people mention it is good to colect and use in the discus tanks?
is this true and what process has to b done to th rain water if so? do any chemicals need to be put in it or can it go straight into th tank.

I use rainwater 24/7 as that is all I have, the tds is very low 12-19 and ph 6.2. You have to age, airate and remineralise to add back minerals and trace elements that rainwater does not have.

If not your tank will have ph and tds swings that will effecr your fish. HTH
