how many discus can i keep in my tank ????

i currently have a 130 liter tank with 6 red turks in it they are 6 1/2 months old and range from 2 1/2 to 4 1/4 inches i knew i couldnt keep 6 adult discus in a 130 liter tank when i brought them but thought they would settle better in a larger group how many of the 6 will i have to rehome and when ???

the tank is 30"tall 26"wide and 18" depth

The rule for me is 40 litres to 1 fish ..... so you should have 3 fish in their and maybe 4 but certianly no more unless you are doing bi weekly water changes and have a good big filter.Six medium to medium large discus is too much for a 130 litre tank and can result in a lot or problems.

im currently doing 2 25% water changes a week and am running the trickle filter which is built in to the hood of my tank im also running a tetra tech ex700 external when will i need to move the 2 on they are currently 3-4 and a half inch
