Hi guys im after some microworms\vinegar eels or daphnia
if you can help me out with any or all of the above that
would be great

With Daphnia, you can get them your local stream/pond. Just scoop them up using a net and you should be able to get a good quantity.

If you plan to maintain them, just drop them into an aged bucket of water or tank, and aerate it, feeding them infusoria/green water/yeast.

For microworms/eels, I think you need start cultures for them, which is not easy to get. Try searching on google.

IMO, best baby food is baby brine shrimp. You can get these from LFS in both live and frozen form. Others include ready-made commercial preparations that come in tube form. Infusoria.

My easiest way is just get some flakes and mash it up a bit, and throw them into the tank.
