HELP my white diamond has a hole by its gile started as a tan spot :( treat with hex out today will do 50% water change and treat again ANY IDEAS i raised the water temp also i have nosick tank so treating whole tank I have 5 3inch discus in a 60gal tank need help

what is your feeding schdule? what do you feed? what are your water parameter and W/C's?
