Just an update on my 3 Discus and a rescaped tank

Hi Everyone

Just a little update on my 3 guys .........I had to pull my tank apart and yes l know what u are all going to say (I told ya so ) ...but the under gravel filter start spewing stuff back into the tank ...so l had to pull it down on Monday night and redo it without the undergravel.

So here it is all re done ...and my discus have grown a little ......l bought some new plants today not much tho what do you guys think and what do u think l could add to it ..Ive also got Flourish products to add as fertilizer cant afford CO2. Let me know what you think ...l hope the pics come out ok for you all ..think l'm having trouble with photobucket doing weird things to my pics its u cant see them l'll add a link to the album as well.Lisa

Lisa your discus are growing very nicely.

As for your question about 'things' to add to your tank have u considered a yeast Co2 setup. They can be made DIY or bought cheaply 2nd hand and may work well for a tank that size.

Matt what is a yeast CO2 system ............how much would it cost to set one up

I tired very quickly of DIY yeast C02 system. Mixing up the brew became a messy chore - but that's just me. There are lots of ppl out there that do it & enjoy it.
