Hi there, fellow fish nuts. I'm new to the discus forum and new to keeping discus in general. I've been keeping fish for over 20yrs but have never kept Discus myself other than in the stores I have worked for over the years. I am currently keeping only marines but will be setting up my fish room to start breeding fresh and marine again.

I am setting up my tanks to breed clownfish and Bangii cardinals currently as I have my brood stock already.

I also want to set up to breed Discus as well.

Is there anyone that can tell me any private breeders in the Brisbane, Sunshine coast or Goldcoast areas that I can buy decent brood stock off.

I will be looking at purchasing 6 juv at a time of one variety.

Interested in 5-6cm Red Malbro, 5-6cm Red Melons, 5-6cm Pigeon blood, 5-6cm Red turquoise, 5-6cm Leopard, Brilliant Blue turquoise.

If anyone can help.

Thanks heaps.

Welcome to the forum.
You will find a wealth of great information on this site about breeding discus.

Good luck with the breeding program and hope to see photos of little discus in the future
