Hi, I have a RODI, and would like other peoples opinion on using it, I have been using tap water sat for a couple of days, but am going for Discus. My current tank is now at 82 (will be warming it up) and have it heavily planted and nitrates are between 5 to 10 ppm, and will be getting another filter strickly for bioligical to lower that. I have a Hanna ph meter (those are great), and am sitting about 6.8 fairly consistent. Most likely a canister, I will order, not suree of brand yet. Anyways, any thoughts out there on a RODI for top off water and a canister with ceramic bio rings.
I am waiting until tank parameters are right before ordering my discus, right now the tank is very lightly loaded and has been aged 4 months.
