OK I know this isn't nessacarily a discus question but it is lowering the beautifulness of my tank. I have a slight algea problem and I was wondering what would be a good fish to help with this. I got some brown algea on plants and walls and some brown stuff in the sand. I do clean up after they eat do what fish would help with this?

thanks

Ey Chief,
I have siamese algae eaters, they do eat the brown algae, however when they get bigger, they can start joining in and eat whatever you feed the discus... and eat less algae. My 2 algae eaters occasionally eat algae, but they also love fighting for blood worm too...
I heard otos is good with algae control too, though otos can suck onto fish... that imagine doesn't really look good in a discus tank

But yea, here is an article for it. Hope i make some sense
