★Live arrival gurrantee: Please confirm the shrimps' condition when you received them. If there is any lose or in an unsatisfiction condition, please reject to receive it and ask the deliver person to send it back.
★We will send you full refund ( excludes shipping cost) when we have the shrimp return to our side. The refund wont be given back if you already received the shrimp or you already put the shrimp in your tank.
★We use Express Post Service to deliver all our stocks. Due to the post service might delay the delivery, we only send out the shrimps on Monday and Tuesday as we dont want to keep the shrimp overnight the weekend.
★$25 shipping fee includes, ice pack or heat pack, Java Moss, and breather bag.
